Annual General Meeting

Welcome to the Regions Page...
This page helps you keep in touch with your director and your officers.  This does not substitute for Regional Newsletters, Bulletin Postings, and emails and phone calls.  This is simply another way for you to keep in touch!

Region 8

As the new Region 8 Director (effective January 2011), I want to thank Warren Coad for all his work over the past few years promoting Dexters and this Region. He has done a great job promoting the breed and getting recognition by participating in a large number of shows across the country. His efforts have helped all of us who raise dexters - whether you have a large or small herd. Thanks again Warren for a great job!
One of the first things I want to accomplish is to establish a more active communication network among members in this Region. To that end, I have been working with the ADCA Registrar to get current email addresses for all members in our Region. By the first of January, I plan to have this completed and begin communications electronically. If you do not have a current email address on file with the ADCA, please update your profile. It would also help if you email me directly with your contact information so I can make sure you are on the Region 8 distribution list. My email address is charles@beavertreefarm.com
Our Region is one with a number of great Dexter owners and we can all benefit from increased activity and communication. Please feel free to contact me and provide feedback, recommendations, etc. I look forward to representing our Region.

Region 9

Hello Region 9! As your new Director, I want to first thank Robert Seddon for his hard work over the past years. I hope I can serve you well in his place. I look forward to working with you all & getting to know you.

I think it is important to be able to communicate easily with you, my region members. To that end, I would like to have current email addresses for as many as possible, since that is the fastest, most cost-effective way to keep in touch. I am also currently working on getting a Region Website set up, with a link here COMING SOON! I want to include on the website a map showing locations of breeders in the region, to assist folks in finding a breeder near them when looking for Dexters. If you want to "put your farm on the map", PLEASE send me an email with your name, farm name & proper address, along with contact info, such as phone, email and/or website link.

If you have not at this point received any emails from me, then I don't have a working address for you. Please send me one & keep yourself informed. You can email me at kim@hoperefugefarm.com.
