The By-laws of the corporation, ref: By-law art. 2.4 (a) require the Board of Directors of the corporation to re-examine the number of members in each region as often as deemed necessary.

Rule and Regulation III 3.1 (a) again advises that North America shall be divided by the Board of Directors into Regions as nearly equal in representation of membership as possible. Such regions are to be evaluated as needed as membership changes warrants.

(b) Members of a Region may contact their Director with recommendations for the realignment, which then should be presented, to the board of Directors at the AGM.
